Came here to bring my mom, a senior citizen, who twisted her ankle on a recent international trip. I am a past patient as well, but we met with Dr. Salem Lebada with my mom. My mom speaks Spanish, and he was able to hear her and speak with her. Joseue (if that is how you spell it) and the assistant who checked us before Dr. Lebada were outstanding! The office is pristine, and the staff is 5 stars!
In the end, thankfully, nothing was broken, so we didn't need X-rays. My mom also has an HMO, but she wanted to come here, and they were great to assist with the new patient amount to pay and, in the end, were able to provide 2 ankle braces, which I can confirm my mom is using at home and when she does want or needs to go out. Hoping in 3 weeks she's ok and all is well! Thank you to Dr. Salem Lebada and the staff; hands down, just a great experience!

Still haven’t recieved results. They are not concerned otherwise we would be I. A list that needs following up. We’re lost in all that offices patient care. We were just sent out to the pasture nothing to do but wait feeling abandoned.

I had the best experience. The office was calm. The staff was friendly. I was seen right away. The doctor was extremely patient and attentive. I came in pretty stressed out with a foot fracture. I left feeling relieved and knew I was in great hands. Very grateful I found such excellent care that actually takes my insurance.

Dr. Randall is truly amazing. She has excellent bedside manners. She took the time to really explain my healing process, and gave me a clear timeline. She was very attentive and answered all my questions. I feel optimistic about my healing process. I am very pleased with her team, they all were very warm and welcoming as well.
